Everything was absolutely perfect, from the service to every detail in the room—including the chocolates and the room being refreshed almost three times a day. The staff was available 24/7 for anything I needed, providing an outstanding service experience unlike anything I’ve ever had. The pool was stunning, and I truly felt like a princess. I will definitely return every time I come here!

Our room was fabulous and the hotel location was ideal for the beach and the strip on South Beach. The staff were really helpful and happy to talk. The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool was perfect. Lots to do if you had more time. Parking was a little expensive, especially if you didn’t need your car between arrival and departure but it was valet. Would stay again.

Dear W South Beach Team, I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share both positive highlights and areas where I believe improvements could be made. Positives: I appreciated the room upgrade with a great view and the late checkout that came with my membership. I would especially like to commend Elijah from Engineering. At 2 a.m., he came to address an outlet issue in our room and displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. He replaced the outlets at the nightstands and ensured everything was working properly. His service truly stood out. Areas for Improvement: The nightstand outlets were not functional (one had no power and the other only had a USB port), which made charging devices difficult until Elijah assisted. The carpet and couch were visibly stained. While it was clear an effort was made to clean the couch, the stains were still noticeable. The shower was difficult to operate, and the showerhead did not spray evenly. The in-room TV did not offer casting options from a phone, which limited entertainment flexibility. The safe battery was dead, requiring another service call to make it functional. Check-out at 2 p.m. was frustrating, as there was only one person at the desk. I was redirected to the concierge and back, and the entire process took about 20 minutes. Staff and the whole experience was excellent

Definitely not a "five star" experience. Prior to arrival, an "insider" contacted us to ask about our trip and when we were going to arrive. She might have been AI, because nothing we told her made a difference---our room wasn't ready when we told them we would arrive (we actually arrived later than anticipated and it still wasn't ready for an hour) and no acknowledgement of our birthday celebration. We were completely ignored by staff when we went to the pool, and no VIP perks were offered. Would not stay here again.

The W Hotel was beautiful and its location on the beach was fabulous! The staff was so helpful to me in addressing my wants and needs!

Zach was friendly and made the process easy and quick. The hotel was immaculate and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing getaway

I love everything about this property ! Hugo in concierge , the front desk staff , the housekeeping staff ALL ARE TOP NOTCH! Our room was beautiful as well . We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service it was great !

A portaria tem que melhorar. Quando chegamos para fazer check in todos os atendentes viraram as costas. Ficamos 10 dias depois o atendimento melhorou. A funcionária Soli foi muito atenciosa e cordial. Na piscina e praia todos são atenciosos, o problema e pegar uma esteira da piscina ao sol sempre lotado. Café da manhã péssimo, fomos todos os dias tomar café da manhã no Setai. O hotel lotado de crianças impossível ficar rm.paz e silêncio.

I spent my 60th birthday at the W South Beach. I appreciated the champagne and birthday cake I was provided. I also love that they will save seats at the pool with umbrellas as soon as they open. Friendly staff; easy access to the beach; beautiful rooms; wonderful overall experience!

Amazing property. Service was impeccable by every single staff member. Very impressed. The food in the Chinese restaurant was not very good (dumplings and noodle appetizer) but even here the service was great.
