Great hotel overall. Excellent location, comfortable room, very nice pool and sauna. There is a car rental office at hotel and underground parking. Helpful staff. Definitely recommend. Rooms are big.

The toilet was broken at check in. The TV's are over 10 years old. They admit that you are staying in a Soviet style hotel, that is not up to date in some ways.

Excellent location and breakfast with very friendly staff! Mattresses are very springy and rooms a little dated but would not hesitate recommending this hotel. Great location too!

Ljubljana is beautiful. The hotel is sop perfectly situated and so grand.

The hotel is located on walking distance from mayor attractions and bus or railway station. The breakfast had varied choices to choose from. There was wellness center for relaxation. The room was nice and clean. My room was on 9th floor and therefore it was quite quiet. Only negative matter about the room was malfunction of the air conditioning. I think the AC is really only a heater. I adjusted the AC for 10 degrees and still the room was hot and musty. The AC was also quite noisy. Thankfully, I could open the windows for fresh and cooler air.

Particularly liked the massage chair in my room. Didn’t like foolish shower set-up.

Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located with a gorgeous rooftop pool and spa. Staff were incredibly friendly.
