Everything was nice until I slipped a little in the shower, raise the Ac was a little rough. I tried raising temperature because it got to cold, but it turned the Ac to hear.

We had to switch rooms due to the AC went out in both rooms that we rented. It wasn’t the most pleasant day as we’ve had before.

Had a really good stay

Had tattoo expo at the hotel during our stay had to park far away at another location. Very loud pounding music played for the large party at the pool thru the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurants around and places to visit.

It was nice and clean but needs an update in the hallways. Ir seemed dark and a little old in the hallways. Also the underside of the pool waterfall needs to be a little better maintained but there was a lot of fun things around the pool to do it was too hot to play and I wish the pool was open later

Perfect stay !

The pool area felt like I was at a resort, it was well maintained and better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious and clean and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and had lots to choose from, the service was amazing!

Love the pool area . The staff was extra helpful and kind. Bed was super comfy! The breakfast, however, was not worth the money, even if the staff was and the Jacuzzi was lukewarm super disappointing was one of the things I was looking forward to at the hotel.

Poor water pressure, sketchy elevator and the exterior is in poor condition.

Sketchy elevator, poor water pressure, bathroom layout is really poor, loud traffic.

Outside property messy and not maintained.

Booked and then realized the bar and restaurant isnt open on Sundays. Thats just weird. Should be closed on a weekday

One of the beds was broken. The room was dirty and there were dead bugs in the bed

This is a decent hotel but not like the pictures. Lobby is nice but the rooms are small and need updating.
