Staff is wonderful.

Hotel personnel was very kind

This is an older motel, which is fine. However there are people who live there full time with families, and one was talking behind thin walls all night long making sleep virtually impossible.

En las fotos se miraba muy limpio muy bonito,llegamos y la sensación cuando entras al cuarto se siente diferente,(no olía mal pero no se sentía limpio) los muebles estaban muy sucios pegajosos la alfombra sucia y rota en algunas partes la regadera se miraba sucia también,en una ocasión quise calentar comida y el orno de microondas daba asco tocarlo se miraba muy sucia la puerta (adentro no estaba manchado pero no daban ganas de usarlo por como se miraba de afuera)…en la noche se escuchaba un ruido que no me dejó dormir el primer día,el más pequeño movimiento que haces en la cama se escucha era incómodo dormir o moverte porque hacías ruido para las demás personas,no me gusto la estancia la verdad.

The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and nice. The problem was that at night, there was a lot of police sirens and when the pool closed, someone mistook our sliding door for their room and tried to open the door, but I immediately relocked and replaced the security stick when I came inside with my children, so they were not able to enter and left after two yanks. The floor is kind of thin, the people upstairs sounded like they were stomping whenever they walked across the floor.

1st room was noisy (next to the electric closet ) 2nd room was better. Staff was friendly $150 insidental deposit still has not been refunded

This place is infested with ROACHES never got my refund that I asked for. Checked in went into room did not even stay the night because was so disgusting and was worried that I would get bed bugs from this place. This place really needs to get torn down and rebuilt or shut down forever. Worst experience I have ever had in my life staying at motel/hotel. I think motel 6 is better than this. My kids are still traumatized from this infested place.

I had a excellent night sleeping after a long journey

It was good , the continental breakfast was adequate . TV has audio problems ? The background noise is louder than the person talking ? Irritating to the ears.

The clientele that were in or around the facility were questionable at best. My family felt unsafe staying at this hotel and we never actually stayed the night. We checked in, went to the room, saw the bed was lumpy or deformed, the room itself was totally outdated and dirty looking with a weird, ‘old people’ smell to it. The worker at the front counter was polite, but matter of fact and only minutes after arriving and checking in, I went back to check out, relating my concerns and she didn’t react, other than to say my deposit would go back on my card in 3-5 business days. The photos online of this place are a complete misrepresentation of our experience. There were random transient-like people just standing in the hallways and as we were leaving, a random male, half dressed ran full speed through the courtyard and jumped between my children and wife before running up the staircase and into one of the hotel rooms as if he resided there long term. It seemed like homeless people were living in the hotel and there were suspicious looking people loitering in the parking lot near parked vehicles every time we went to our vehicle making us uncomfortable. The hallways smelled of marijuana which is no condition I want my kids to be around. Would not recommend to others.

Key cards most of the time cause glitch that I need to keep trying till it opens.
