What a great place to stay with kids of all ages!!!! I have a 19 year old and 6 year old twins who both throughly enjoyed the pool area. Movies every night along with fresh popcorn with a lit up pool and a fire pit outside was awesome for all of us to enjoy. Breakfast buffet was great and what a variety-something for everyone! Although the bathroom door and others inside the room can use a fresh coat of paint that would be our only suggestion. Amazing location!

Older motel, clean, adequate parking and fairly good breakfast.

We came for our anniversary weekend. It was very quiet and relaxing to stay at the Ramsey

My family wanted bacon on the breakfast buffet and the eggs could have been better. The hostess was so sweet

The staff is wonderful, the kitchen staff is very friendly. I had a problem the first day; my parents' room smelled like something was burning, but they changed it for me in a timely manner. I have no complaints about the hotel. Especially because it's very close to important sites. I will return to this hotel next year.

This hotel goes above and beyond to make the guests feel at home! My husband and I were on a road trip for our 15th wedding anniversary and when we told the staff that, everyone was so kind saying congratulations to us both!! I WILL be absolutely coming to visit again! The food was great, the room was awesome, the pool was well maintained and not over chlorinated (I’ve been in a lot of hotel pools and it’s easy to tell when it’s over chlorinated), they had snacks (popcorn and a beverage station), and guest laundry room that was very neat despite the fact that it was small and out of the main pathway. Even when the youth groups got a little rowdy late one night, I didn’t even have to say anything to them. I stepped out of my door and said, “guys”. They quickly apologized and all was quiet. Every time we went somewhere and the staff saw us leave or come back, we were greeted so kindly, even saying honey, sugar, dear, and baby. Most people think that’s very weird and creepy, but I’ve grown up around people that talk like that all the time and to hear it when we were far from home was very comforting! Thank you so much for being such a great hotel and a wonderful place to “chillax”!!!

Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff.

The Ramsey was a real nice resort style hotel. The lobby looked like log cabin decore with lots of sitting space.

The hotel was overall clean with a free breakfast buffet every morning (although eggs were over-cooked), but we appreciated the options. The pool and hot tub were clean and we swam every night there, and the room was overall comfortable and clean. We loved the idea of free popcorn and a movie every night in the pool area - very creative. I do feel like I have to say that not only were their bibles everywhere and signs that said "Blessed," but they also hosted a youth Aflame conference - who took over the hallways and breakfasts in the morning with hundreds of teens with bibles and Chick Fil A being delivered. At that point we felt like we were in Church - so the hotel itself was subtle about their religious beliefs, the conference attendees definitely were not. I do think the hotel should be clear that they are Christian owned for future people who go there.

This hotel was awesome. It was super close to Dollywood and right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The pool is open 24 hours and they have free popcorn and a movie night for the kids. We had a great time and everyone was very welcoming and professional

The pictures of this hotel are deceiving. The front entrance is nice and so is the bar area. However, the bar was hardly open and the bartender showed up whenever they wanted too. The food was okay. The pool is very small. Forget about going in. There were kids everywhere, even the hot tub. This is not a place for adults. Our room was big, but the bathroom was very tiny. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom, just towel changes and they made the bed. The bathroom was run down with chipping paint and good luck if the toilet would flush. The shower was nice and strong water pressure. Overall it was fine for a day or two, but I will not stay again.

Very nice staff several broken items in both rooms the place needs a little love but otherwise a decent hotel.

Our experience was great wonderful staff the best front clerk she was so sweet and helped us so awesome and the bartender was so awesome she's such a wonderful lady and definitely knows her drinks and the breakfast people were so lowly I could not say enough and the pool attendant he was so great kept it so kept up! Wonderful amenities my only issue was the room was not very clean unfortunately and for the price that we paid I would have loved to have a better experience when it came to the room itself the room was a lot more smaller than I expected and there was a lot of wear on the furniture and things like that but overall the experience was great I just feel like the owners need to update a lot of things and not rush their cleaners so they can do a better job.

The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good
