The location was not good, especially at night. Only a few options of restaurants.

close to many things thats good part of the property, area around the property is not great, too much dirty , no car parking , need to go another kilo meter to park the car, for some reason they didnt clean / change the towels bedsheets for the guests

The location is very convenient and the check-in | check-out were very fast. The only thing we didn't like was an employee at the breakfast on Saturday morning, she was the only female and her name was Frida or Pia. Maybe she was going through a lot or having a bad day but her behavior was extremely unfriendly. We asked her a couple of questions regarding some breakfast items and she was very rude. Plus, at 10:30 am when she was cleaning everything she didn't care about the hotel clients. She was just slamming the breakfast items.

Helpful reception

The team at the reception was extremely helpful and so friendly. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average but includes different opinions. The location is superb, 8-10 min walk to old Montreal. The hotel is next to a metro station.

Staff is very not cooperative at all. It’s a below average hotel.

Breakfast staff do not even wear gloves, they clear dustbins and put food in the area without washing hands. Not at all hygiene, even front desk manager can't do anything about it.

This was my second time staying here but not the last. Easy walk to St Catherine's and the Village.staff is very friendly - including a late checkout today. Cannot wait to come back!

Convenient location. Limited parking availability.

i received an extra $20.00 charge without any explanation from the hotel. When I checked out, I was told there are no charges as I had paid through expedia.

Friendly staff

pros: Convenient location for our purpose. Our room was in good condition. cons: Low quality breakfast and limited options. Limited parking option had to park in the nearest parking but they let you keep your car for short period of time to get your stuff in the room and then take your car to the parking.
