Cleanliness

Can’t beat the price for the location. Hotel is well appointed, breakfast was great. Pool was lovely. Kids were happy.

They repeatedly told us that the pool would be opened at 5pm then it was not told us they’d give us 10K Wyndham points in 48 hours never got it. Our other issue was we were put in room 260 as we got a suite the SAME suite we had two years ago with a pullout couch that was broken two years ago and it had chips all inside of it when it was opened it was STILL broken we were told to move to room 267 and that they would give us a discount back on my credit card of half of our stay didn’t we called and they just keep telling us to call back everytime we call them. We stay here every cheer season for our competitions and usually have an issue here or there but this has got to be the WORST!

Large room

Sadly we left disappointed, we were expecting a warm pool and it freezing cold, no one let us know before and no hot tub. Halls were freezing as well, some staff even wore coats.

Room was very clean, did find hair on pillowcases though, took them off. staff was quite nice at check in. Surprised me with the damage deposit; wasn't expecting that, (should be posted on website) unfair, and embarrassing.

Pool was closed for re

The front staff continuously lied to us about the pool opening that day My daughter spilled glitter on the floor. They kept my deposit after denying me a vacuum cleaner when I asked to clean it my pullout couch in my suite wouldn't pull it out. The staff continued to ignore the request for it fixed didn't offer a room switch and also there was a silverfish in the bathroom, which I have a picture of.

Pool was freezing as if in -20 weather (water, room, floor). Kids kept running up and down the halls as if in a playroom. Room was clean, but room service didn't change the toilet paper, or empty shower bottles (left the empty bottle on the counter without the top on). Be cautious when paying, my deposit and room charge were taken off my credit card, reception wanted to charge it again when checking out until I showed that it already came out of my account.

The room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

Pool wasn’t working neither was hot tub. Hotel is freezing cold all throughout

Room was good and staff was good. Breakfast was good as well. The hot tub not going was a disappointment.

The pool was out of commision ans we werent informed upon check in. We ssked for playes and were told the kitchen was closed. Alwe asked for a blanket at 4pm and didnt recieve it hntil 11:3] that night. check in

Wrong room on check in and wasnt corrected until second night. Staff was really busy and did the best they could.

Great staffs

The fact that the pool and hottub were closed, and the late checkout was available online and via text but then DENIED when we checked in. Very disappointed!!!!

The room was great I will definetly be staying again

Pool was close all weekend fridge was freesing the food and also not enough towel in the room
