This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back!

las fotos son linda, ma las habitaciones muy chiquita y fea, nuestra habitación praticamente no tenia ventana, personal a la recepción hasta molesto por tenernos, maletero inesistente, no es mi culpa si el hotel esta lleno, por eso existen los hoteles.....precio altísimo de bebida y comida.....por primera ves cambia , ma mejor regreso a mi hotel preferido...Riu...

The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!

Very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, and staff was very helpful and courteous.

Other than the bed being a little smaller than usual it was a very pleasant stay. All staff were friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was very appreciated.

This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it.

Lovely location - metro, shops, and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hospitality was off chain.

The aesthetic of the place and locality was amazing. They also sorted out moving our luggage seamlessly. Arrival and leaving was professional and friendly. I had VIP discount for the rooftop bar but this was not used. We went up to the bar to find it only opens from 6pm. Then went up at 9pm to grab a bite and enjoy a drink to find there was a private event that would be finished by 10pm (no one told us this before). Went there again at 10pm to be told it was closed the entire night for the private event (again, no one told us this). Very very frustrating. We also changed rooms during our stay. We checked at reception what room we were moved to and if we can get our card access, to be told that our room is exactly the same as before (he didn't check the computer). We went to the room to find someone else in there and felt incredibly embarrassed for disturbing them. Told the guy at reception who then corrected his error with no apology. So disappointing and I really do hope this isn't a repeated experience for others.
