Very helpful, very neat and clean. Excellent breakfast. Very closed to the super market and Notre Dame de Paris Church and Seine river. No complaints at all.

Location was very convenient . Staff were accomodating. The garbage car would wake me up every morning because my room was facing the street.

Everything was perfect. Staff was exceptional. You could walk to many attractions. Great place to stay!

This is a great choice on the Left Bank around St. Germain des Pres. A lot of what we want to visit are within walking distance. The room is nice and quiet. The staff very helpful. I'd go back again.

The staff at Hotel Bel Ami were amazing, friendly and always available to help. We arrived before our room was ready and I was offered an area to change my clothes and wash my face - much appreciated after a long international flight! Location is great - so super easy to walk to so many things! And the towels in the bathroom are heavenly!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so accomodating. They had a ribbon on my door and balloons in my room for my birthday. When i returned to Paris, they upgraded my room. Great hotel! Near everything!

Great location, good size hotel. Sauna was not working even though we were told it was when we checked in. Staff very good though.

Wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff- breakfast in the morning is fantastic.

Lovely property, great location. Only thing I would improve on is the water temperature in the shower. It's never truly hot enough to enjoy, just warm enough to shower quickly :)

Hotel Bel Ami is top notch in every respect. The location in St. Germain des Pres is close to restaurants, bars and shops in all directions. The stylish modern design is very colorful. Most of all, the concierge staff were outstanding - from train and airport transfers to restaurant reservations. We look forward to returning.

In the heart of st. Germain. Warm and extra effort staff. Room size was good. Nice cozy bar and plenty of amenities. Good base for exploring. Will return here on future trips

Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood. Second time we stayed there. Great restaurant options within a short walk away, and easy access to other areas of Paris. Hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are on the small side - but that’s typical of Paris. Service is fantastic. Room was great overall, some very small issues like the bathroom wasn’t heated, and the bathtub was slightly chipped. Room was very quiet. Overall great and would stay again.

This Hotel is NOT a five star Hotel, is very expensive in relation to the quality of the rooms, the beds, the pillows and the quality of the bathrooms, which malfunction easily. The experience is of a 3 star Hotel maximum. The concierge service is incredibly unhelpful, with an "attitude" to make sure you feel as a "lost tourist" and the recommendations they give you, are less than terrible. Beware, this Hotel is definetly NOT worth the money.
