Pillows were too big/fluffy, could hear people in next room at early morning hours talking.

Beautiful view but really don’t include breakfast and charge less. That was a joke. A cardboard box with a boiled egg. Great way to send off your guests in the morning with a literal bad taste in their mouths.

The hotel is always a great place to stay and there have been some room upgrades since we last stayed.

The room was spotless - the staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Unfortunately we were there for a hospital appointment but the staff helped organise cabs etc. from the hotel making my life a lot easier in a stressful situation.

Hallway smelled like someone was smoking inside. The room was clean and spacious. Was a bit noisy from street traffic and can hear water from other units in the bathroom.

Everything was fantastic, very polite and friendly staff, clean room with a great view of the lake, lots of hot water and towels. PERFECT AND CONVENIENT LOCATION

This was my first time staying here. The room was nice and big enough for 4 people, parking was easy to find and breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. Only thing that took us off guard was that the walls were very thin and the door to the bathroom was broken and we had to place it back on its hinges.

Needed a place for a quick stay close to Hospital during surgery, easy check in, friendly staff, decent bento box breakfast, clean and spacious room. Right on the waterfront with a 10 min walk to hospital. Price was good.

Staff was very nice, giving good tips for prospective students looking to move to Kingston, and being genuinely friendly with good recommendations to make our short stay a good one.

It stated wheelchair accessible. My brother in law was able to get up the ramp but the path to it was snow covered and challeng. non accessible parking spot either.
