people were so friendly, amazing staff, breakfast was so so so good, we had Samy that serves us the food, was so welcoming, location is central, have everything shopping, hair dresser

The rooms were just as the pictures. If you're planning to eat at the hotel's restaurants, I recommend you find somewhere else to eat. The food is overpriced and not great

Great Stay

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Tons of dining options. Convenient to Khan El Khalili, Citadel, and old Egyptian museum. Would stay here again.

Awfull attention and service

Hotel was one of the nicer ones in the city. Convenient for tour pick ups and such. Metal detectors to enter this and other hotels make it a little uncomfortable as a tourist. There is smoking allowed in the main areas of the hotel as well as designated smoking floors. The hotel as a whole had a feel of lingering smoke smell.

Great location, clean rooms that we very modern with good air-conditioning. A large choice of restaurants and a coffee shop open 24 hours. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately there is a building next door which over looks the pool which looks derelict so isn't a great veiw to look at.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were excellent, approachable and friendly.
