The front desk is not that good

The bed and pillows were so comfortable!! Checking in and out was fast and easy!

The people next to us were loud all night. We phoned once to complain and someone went and knocked on their door. They turned down the music a bit but were still up all night making noise, no respect at all.

Loved our room, the balcony and view were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The balcony

I liked how it wasn't a terrible distance away from shops, food, etc. The staff was friendly, and even had a good sense of humor when we checked in and out. The experience was very good and I will definitely be back.

Tv directory and service is terrible.

We stayed two nights, excellent hotel. Great breakfast. All the staff i interacted with were terrific.

This hotel had a great location for the purpose of our visit. It was walking distance to where we needed to go. I definitely wouldn’t feel safe walking alone though based of the population that surrounds the area. We also requested an adjoined room and were told no problem but when we checked in it was not the case. We weren’t even on the same level. Thankfully they were able to change one of our rooms so we were at least on the same level. The other room check-in was frustrating as well and the staff member was being difficult when it came to finding the name on the reservation. I forgot my toothpaste and the front staff at night was able to supply me with some.

We loved our stay we could let our friends know too.
