Es un Hotel muy bien ubicado, con buen desayuno y el restaurante japones es nuy bueno. Lamentablemente es un hotel muy ruidoso, sin importar el piso la acustica del diseño hace que en la noche haya muchisimo ruido.

Excellent service, great staff, nice clean hotel. The breakfast included was very good. Great location, huge park next door. Good exchange rate given at the front desk. The only negative was the hotel restaurant and hotel boutique, very expensive and not good value. Better to eat and shop elsewhere. I would stay ther again.

Service is wonderful. Not Many high end restaurants in the area was a problem for me.

Hotel muito limpo, confortável, comida do restaurante de ótima qualidade e atendimento da equipe excelente! Voltarei mais vezes, com certeza. Único ponto é que não tem frigobar nem água disponível no quarto. Tem que comprar na lojinha do hotel para levar.

The staff is very friendly and the location is close to other places and very safe.

The hotel is across from a supermarket but there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, and walking after dark did not feel like the right thing to do, so I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, which was okay. Just okay. Hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the 2nd floor. The room had a coffee maker, but with porcelain cups, which made me wonder if they were dishwasher clean, or washed in the room with my towels. Ditto the drinking glasses. No refrigerator. Breakfast was satisfactory and they keep it open until 10:30 am, which was nice, as I’m not hungry when I first wake up. And if you bring a guest to your room for a visit, they charge an extra $50.
