The staff really made every attempt to make you feel welcome. Always greeting you with a hello or good morning. The room was cozy, only double beds not Queen size. We found sharing one a bit squished. The room was clean and comfortable. My only negative was when I went for a swim the pool had a lot of mould in the grout. Especially on the stairs. would recommend Saltbush restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Sehr angenehm, sauber. Alle freundlich und hilfsbereit, teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Morgens wacht man zu einem Vogelkonzert auf und beim Pool stolziert ein Pfau herum, sehr witzig. Würden wieder kommen.

Lækker morgenmad…man kunne få æg på mange måder.

Another great hotel. I arrive in Alice Springs late and left early in the morning. I thought they had an airport shuttle but no and receptionist (she), was vague on information. I ended up catching a taxi which one of male person at the desk helped me out. It was pretty pricey. I think the reception needed more staff.

Room condition is below expectations

Room was perfect. We wanted a mountain view and front desk clerk moved us based on our request. Nice hotel with good amenities.

There was not enough milk and sugar for a second cuppa tea this morning! And there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in my little bar fridge. I literally paid big bucks for a luxurious king bed in a rather sterile ambience room. The hospitality level certainly met international standards but it completely missed the mark as far as meeting Australian outback hospitality standards. The staff were quick but not efficient and their directions to the rooms were minimal at best.

Tolles, großes Zimmer, mit bequemen Bett und Balkon, sehr gute Lage mit gesichertem, kostenfreien Pakplatz. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit fairen Preisen. Leider nur Kartenzahlung, mit zusätzlicher Gebühr im gesamten Hotel möglich. Frühstück war reichhaltig in Buffettform. Sehr ruhig zum schlafen.
