Alice Springs was wonderful visit with family and friends

Convenient hotel for our stay in Alice Springs prior to airport next day.

Great for a one night stay en-route to Uluru. Lovely bar area and great restaurant (Hanuman) on site.

Staff response to late arrival excellent. Access to room was difficult with large bag

Nice hotel to stay

Friendly staff Rooms clean and very comfortable

The hotel was recommended to us as being safe and quiet by a family member. Indeed, the service was good, it has a restaurant (although besides having a coffee, we did not use it ). A pool is a nice feature in the 40 degree Celsius weather. We came mainly to visit Uluru but ended up regretting not staying in Alice Springs longer. Such a unique place especially for us from the True North. The very unique landscape, a little kangaroo in the nearby park trying to hide in mama's pouch that he definitely outgrew. Unforgettable....

Lots of parking available if you have a car. There was a resident peacock which was nice to see and say hello to every morning/evening. The hotel is massive so it takes a few twists and turns to get to your room but nothing wrong there. The view is nice from the rooms and courtyard is good to walk around in - breakfast was excellent every morning.

Safe and secure

My shower did not work- the button to change water from coming out of spout into bath to water coming out of shower was broken. I reported after 1st night but it was not fixed so had to have a bath again 2nd night. No biggy but communication re why it couldn’t be fixed would have been good.

This property is nice safe and secure. Three different options for eating within the foyer of the hotel nice pool outside. Outside the hotel, a nice pathway that follows the Todd River without going into the town.

Although it was low season, I think it could have had more attention to detail.
