Easy, fast check in with friendly staff. Room is clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Clean & comfortable

The hotel was very clean and updated. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is located just across from a shopping center with a Publix and other stores and restaurants. It's also very close to UofF and Shands.

For an over night stay it was good. Very close to highway. Would stay here again.

Very good. Very convenient. The staff was friendly

The only issue we have is while taking a shower the warm water alternated with cold water & the shower floor was slippery - had to really be aware. We were disappointed that the outdoor fireplace was ‘broken down’ but understood.

I was upset to see my bill. I purchased a bottle of wine....small, two glasses and they added a " room fee" of 37.00. Tatal was almost 60.00 for 2 glasses of wine. Wont go back for this reason.

Great stay. I wish the breakfast is included for the price we pay. Overall a good experience. Definitely recommend!

Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Front desk personnel was super friendly and helpful at check in.

My go-to hotel stopover in Florida when on my way to cruise out of Port Canaveral or Miami the next day.

There was a terrible smell in the room. Some kind of very strong air freshener or something sprayed to cover up some other smells. I told the front desk and he said all the rooms were like that. I kept the door open for hours hoping it would go away. But it didn’t. We could not get our money back because I did it online. It had a no cancellation. In the middle of the night, it got so bad I couldn’t breathe and I had to go outside and sleep in the truck for most of the night,

Nice property in the hotel “district” of Gainesville. A couple of issues we experienced- no daily cleaning of the room in a 4-night stay, which was odd. No new towels or trash pickup. We spoke to the housekeepers on our floor but obviously some confusion. The last night we were awakened to gunshots outside our 2nd floor window. Not sure where the shots came from but was still a bit disconcerting.

The stay was nice. I needed handicapped room. They were so nice about it. They put me on 1st floor. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
