Lovely staff, great view from our room.

Room was clean

Rooms carpet was greasy at some areas. Staffs were helpful and nice.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The parking was easy to access and I enjoyed the view of the mountains from the parking lot. The front desk staff was incredible, especially when dealing with a difficult patron which we witnessed while trying to check in.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. People were smoking non stop outside our door right beside the no smoking sign (no smoking was never enforced). Pool deck was very gross, stepped in a mushy brown “puddle” don’t want to know what it was

Only 1 pool and hot tub in working order.

It was okay staying room was clean but the stains over the walls

Location and rooms were good we had couple of bookings and it was good experience overall just one room had AC not working g properly, and there was little odour coming from so thing in the room although the room was good, spacious and clean bathroom

Everything was a bit on the run down side. My microwave kept locking everytime I used it. Carpets needed vacuuming, and hot tub was cold on Friday.

We started to get very sick because of a very strong chemical coming from the laundry room

Just ok. They tried to push the wrong room type on me but I stood my ground and got what I had reserved in the first place. Hotel amenities are just ok. One pool and hot tub area and we were in the opposite building.

Very quite and clean

this hotel is quite clean and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom was in great condition and the hotel overall is in good condition. It's a very busy hotel. The check in was a bit rough with the first person who helped us but another staff member fixed everything and put us in great rooms and they were close to each other which we appreciated. Only suggestion I'd have it to get a hot water dispenser for making tea as the hot water jugs are not all that hot and it would be amazing to be able to make really hot teas. Would appreciate bigger pillows in the future, they were a bit small but we did have enough to use.

It’s good and clean. The location is convenient.
