The only reason that will prevent me from booking here agai

I expected it to be noisy as it is on a major thoroughfare.

Very unsafe, when you have a guard in the parking area not good. People walking into the lobby to go to the restaurant. Sharps container in the bathroom means drug addicts in the area. Water pressure not that great. No continental breakfast, no water only cold coffee. This all means that management do not care at all

Need security cameras on the property

Some minor damage in the suite. Carpet coming apart by the bathroom and door trim for bathroom too. Bed was very comfy Nice pillows. Blackout curtains gave us a long sleep.

Decent bed, soft towels, good shower, restaurant onscene. Pool but no hot tub sadly. Plenty of plugs in the room. Building is old but functional. Staff are friendly. Price is right for what you get.

Nice property. Only one person at the front counter so it was a bit of a wait to check in.

Desk service was good, room was clean - we were comfortable

The gentleman working the front desk Aug 31 at around 7pm was excellent helpful in assisting us. If we go back to Lethbridge Alberta we know where we’re going to be staying again.

I ask them too refresh our room and clean it but when we come back still untidy and the floor was so dirty.

Bar emptied into parking lot to party at 2. Very noisy. ALOT of drug use and homeless surronding hotel. Sad. Did not feel safe. Hotel could use a paint. And more security. And move gross dumpsters.
