I liked the room, the super friendly, attentive and respectful staff.. That I didn't like: •Advertising is deceiving, many sancudos, inappropriate smells, a lot of dust in the rooms.. In the advertisement he mentioned the use of the pool and it doesn't have anything. Much neglect to the property

We went from a terrible hotel to one that was slightly better. Sadly it appears all the hotels in Columbus are trashy and in awful condition so its choosing from the worst options. I walked into 6 different hotels and they were all absolutely disgusting. At least the staff was nice at this one and it felt safe enough to stay at. Would I recommend it... Never unless you just need a place to sleep for the night. Bathroom was awful the gap in the door you could almost fit a small rodent through.... overall not the best but the staff was incredibly nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the entire place was very run down. Pictures were not of the property. Pool is permanently closed.

Good choice for a family vacation. Lots of space and very clean.

It needs a reno bad

Dirtiest hotel I've been to. The furniture in the room was so disgusting I wouldn't even set my luggage on my it. The bath tubs looks like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

There was an incident on the property where there was a child getting hurt by a Chris L., Athena, and a Mindy in an adjoining apartment. I reported it to the front desk, security, and finally a passing police officer to try and get the kid help. Nothing was done, the kid continued to cry. I think she was locked in a closet in one of the rooms per the conversation I heard through the wall. Next thing I know, we get kicked out of this hotel - not the guilty party. And I still don't know if the kid is ok. Would not recommend this place.

Staff were excellent. It was big and spacious. We did have raccoons in the roof and could hear them moving about and crying every night but it was alright.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a nightmare. The first room reeked of mold. The second flooded overnight—ankle-deep water, soaked clothes, ruined phone, no refund. Everything was filthy: mold, peeling wallpaper, broken fireplace, disgusting couch. I had to spend money drying clothes just to leave. The hotel staff? Useless. The manager? Never showed. I should’ve gotten a full refund—$213 plus $350 for the phone. Instead, I got excuses. This dump should be condemned. It’s a health hazard. I’m furious, disgusted, and considering calling a lawyer. Avoid this hellhole at all cost

There was nowhere on the website saying there was a $100 deposit. We got in an uber and the uber said around the corner from the property, a shooting happened recently which did not make us feel safe. We went to breakfast the second day and granted we went 15 minutes till breakfast was over but there was bread in the trash that could easily have been made into toast. The 3rd day we go the breakfast early and everything is turned off. There was also no sign that i couldnt bring a blanket and the lasy running breakfast was pretty rude about it.

Thermostat was broke in the room so it was sticky and felt like a swamp. Shower leaked, toilet ran, and it just overall was not comfy. Room needs upgrades for sure. Had it booked for 4 nights left after 1 night.

The room was disgusting! Looked nothing like what was advertised. Had it booked for 5 days, left after the first night and they kept all my money.

The pictures are not of the actual hotel. This is a 50 year old run down building with no pool.

Within 24 hours I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom of our suite. The first one was crawling out of the wall outlet at the sink and the second one was running across the floor.

I could not stay in the room as the smell (smoke and stale) was unbearable.

This is a drug/druggie hotel NOT SAFE AT ALL. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. 0/10

Location not ideal, state of the hotel is in disrepair. Would not book or recommend. Walked into the room, the smell and musty air was enough for me to turn around and check out.

They didn't let me in my rooms. I was also not given a refund.
