Breakfast was terrible but hotel is wonderful. Server was clueless but that shouldn’t affect the experience and it didn’t.

For the price, it’s not a good location.

This is a nice hotel right in front of the Baltimore inner Harbor. Good, convenient location and clean quiet rooms. The only thing missing is a free parking option but it is understandable due to it’s location.

I was sitting in the bar area of the hotel lobby and a rat came running towards me!

Great service was really appreciated. Super comfy rooms.

The location used to be nice, but the outside is now inundated with homelessness and drug use. The floor below me smelled of marijuana at all times of the day.

Great stay and nice hotel

Every staff member I encountered - the person at the check-in desk, the housekeeping staff, the persons who greeted me both days - were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very much improved!

It has a moldy smell and the hot tub hasn’t been fix since Covid.

Enormous hotel but completely deserted. The room was large but the carpet was stained and the bathroom was not very clean (there were hairs in the bath/shower).

I loved everything about the whole experience. The check in was so fast. The desk clerk was very polite and answered all me questions. The check out was done in 30 seconds..

The fan in bathroom loud had to get another room

I’ve stayed here before which is why i returned with my family but this time it was terrible!!! From not being able to check in on arrival because the system was down so my family and i had to wait in the lobby over an hour until midnight with others. Then there being rats in the lobby that we alerted a security guard about as we sat and had breakfast the next morning one ran out in broad day light. When asked for a possible room upgrade due to our room smelly smoky with children we were told it would be an extra $200 despite all of the problems we ran into. I’m so disappointed in my stay this time sound because i boasted to my family how nice this place was on the harbor and brought them all the way here to be disappointed. Highly recommend booking elsewhere
