Great location

We were on a two night stop over in Ottawa before moving on to explore more of Ontario. The suite was definitely a good size with a separate bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, dining space and sitting area. It was in a great location as many things we wanted to see were close by. Walked to some sites. There were also numerous restaurants within the block. The only thing about the property is that it is old. Furniture, cupboards and flooring are worn and in poor condition. Most of the surface areas were clean but the corners and some other areas need a real deep cleaning.

Pillows were perfect thickness and sheets were cozy like at my grandma's. Lovely front desk service.

the parking garage was very clean and didnt smell like garbage, i have a big old car the front desk clerk gave me my own parking spot. just like the years before

Great area to roam around. Helpful staff, parking, gym and swimming pool available. You can store your bags for a couple of hours after check-out, so just leave them there, go out, and enjoy!

Pay 40 bucks for parking and no in and out privileges??!! Ya ok….. I haven’t woken up sore and tired from a hard bed in a long time. There was a hair in the tub. The pictures on line are deceiving. Clearly a renovated apartment building. Actual keys to open the door to the room. It is a budget hotel for sure. Location is great. Balcony is great. The place ain’t no Hilton that’s for sure. I do regret staying. The place felt unclean. Can’t believe how hard the bed was. Couldnt control the temperature difference between the bed room and living area. Woke up sweating . Very uncomfortable. Pool area changing is so dated. The tile grout black. I feel rip off …….. Sorry

Few upgrades needed: -fridge is noisy - towels are not soft - TV needs upgrade Overall the place is excellent with its location. There is Farm boy grocery store few blocks away. The parliament is walking distance even for seniors. Dollarama close by. The unit is equipped with daily needs as a suite.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The room was so dim and it smelled weird.

The room was not the size we were promised. The water in the swimming pool was cold. The parking was too expensive. I would not recommend this hotel, unless there is no other choice.

Sauna was nice and clean, rooms were spacious

The staff at the reception was very helpful & accommodating during the check-in process. The suite was very clean & I was also able to adjust the temperature on the Heater/AC panel & was working properly. It made my room very comfortable to relax. I really like the suite very much with all the convenience of having everything you need just like your own apt or condo. I am very happy with my stay. Locationwise. It's walking distance to the Parliament Building & other Tourist areas. I highly recommend this place for you to stay.

Pleasantly surprised and excellent location.

The room was perfect and clean. All the commodities were available in the kitchen.
