It was a little older inside the rooms but the main entry was updated. It was clean and neat. The check in lady was a little cranky which is unusual for a BW.

This stay was really bad. Not sure I'd ever come back. There are bugs everywhere. Killed 12+ bugs in the first room. They moved me to another room. Just found a bug in the bed. Had another crawling on my arm while I was in the bed. The room was never cleaned a single time in my 6-day stay. I requested housekeeping to clean the room midway through the stay. Front desk said it would happen. It didn't. Asked again the next day. They said they would do it. Never happened. Called the front desk again after not getting the room cleaned and asked if they could just bring some new towels. They said they would do it. Nothing. Front desk would apologize and tell me they would fix things and then nothing would happen (with the exception of moving me rooms because of the bugs... that happened). There was no hot water in the shower one of the times I tried to use it. Only got lukewarm water another time. Low water pressure the whole time. Could barely rinse off. Wifi only worked in one part of the room. Had to tether my phone when I was in bed because the wifi was too weak. When the stay was ending, I was contacted to ask how the stay went. When I responded with all this, they never responded. Makes me think this is pretty common. It was just one thing after the other. Never thought bugs/hot water/wifi/housekeeping would be such a problem at a Best Western. Rough way to spend the week.

They had very few towels. No shampoo or conditioner. Just seemed like they were low on staff. The hotel itself is nice. Just might need more workers to keep it running better.

Bed was of poor quality, bedskirt had stains, television did not work and room smelt heavily of perfumes

In need of major updates. Torn bed skirts and curtains. Tub was stained so it looked dirty.

The room was very nice and clean We really enjoyed having a couch to watch TV on. The service was excellant. However, only 1 elevator was working and the acoustics were not too great, you çould hear big trucks outside all throughout the night.

Great place to stay in Provo. Beds were a little hard but everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

You get what you pay for. Price was very low and you can’t expect too much. It was safe, clean and had basic amenities. Staff was very nice. Parking is convenient and the WiFi was good.

We were very happy with the hotel. There are maybe three things keeping us from giving a five star review: 1) we booked for six people (2 adults, 4 kids), a room with 2 queens and a queen or double sofa bed. The sofa bed was actually a twin, so despite two of our kids being small (3 and 5), there wasn’t quite enough sleeping space. They didn’t have an alternative so someone had to sleep on a pile of cushions on the floor. 2) the AC would stop working in the middle of the night for long stretches. If you don’t want it very cold this may not be a problem, but for us it was too hot as it stopped blowing at a much higher temp than the thermostat said it should go to. 3) the pool was a little colder than we would’ve liked (kids didn’t mind but they’d get blue lips after a while), and the hot tub wasn’t always hot. We booked this place specifically for the pool and hot tub so this was frustrating. Otherwise everything was great: great service, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a little bit dated. It was a little dingy here and there.

Great in every conceivable way

Staff was helpful and caring but our room was not very clean. Hair in the bathroom in several places, carpet was in great need of shampooing (gross) and AC unit did not work very reliably. Would not stay here again.

It was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast too. But when we got in the room it was terribly hot and we couldn't get the air conditioner going. I called the desk for help and no one came. After about an hour and a half I called again and she suggested I unplug the unit and plug it back in. The fan finally kicked on.

Absolutely loved this place, Great location, perfect room, very friendly staff and really good breakfast. We will be retuning to this hotel.

Amazing hospitality, very clean and would absolutely stay there again

Carpet and bathroom weren’t clean. Room was fine but we did hear other tenants through the walls a bit. Overall, had a nice stay but wish cleaning was more thorough
