I was traveling solo so safety was key, I didn’t feel safe here. I probably should never stay on the ground floor but that was not their fault but my room was right next to an exit door, on arrival that door was wedged open with a rock, I closed it. I mentioned it to the lady at reception that told me that yes, they keep it wedged open till 10:30pm I told her that didn’t make me feel safe at all. Mentioned it to the person at check the next day, she apologized as said it should never be left open. Bathroom was in bad shape, toilet seat was half broken and shower was almost impossible to open the water, I thought I would break it. Breakfast was a joke, I grabbed a wrapped muffin but even that was not fresh or decent quality. I will never stay here again.

Convenience to shopping and restaurants and gas

When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk except for several other customers. We rang the bell two or three times, still nobody came to check us in. After about 15-20 minutes, I called the corporate number who gave me the hotel number. I called that number, and as the manager answered, he was just coming downstairs from cleaning the rooms. He was very apologetic and sincere, explaining that the cleaning staff had all quit. We got checked in, went to our room, and things just got worse. It was filthy and dingy! We checked the bed for bedbugs, and although we didn’t really see any evidence of bedbugs, the mattress was gross and disgusting! ( I took pictures as proof) We immediately decided there was no way we were sleeping on that bed! We went back to the desk and told the manager what we had seen with the mattress and that we couldn’t sleep in that room. He understood our concerns, but had no other rooms available. We left and booked at a different hotel that was nearby.

Convenient to restaurants and fast food as well as service stations. Management is friendly and helpful.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The toilet didn't flush, pubes all over the bathroom, the shower felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Stay away. $160 for a $60 hotel is a joke

This is a safe, quiet upscale hotel I enjoy staying in.

The bedroom carpet wasn't vacuumed, and there was trash everywhere. There was only one towel, so my husband headed to the front desk and from there to the laundry room, where there were piles of dirty towels everywhere. At 4.30 am people talking in the hallway in a loud voice and then a dog barking for at least 15 minutes.

The staff were very helpful, the bed was good, we only stayed one night. The bathroom on the other hand was absolutely gross tiles were cracked. The bathtub was filthy…. I’m not blaming house keeping… the dirt has bin there for years.. I took a picture of the bathroom and the pamphlet left in the room describing their high standards.. needless to say didn’t use it.

Very clean rooms and the breakfast was great. Workers were nice too.

The room is just as it was described/ pictured. Its comfy and quiet.

Room door jamb had been forced and would not close. Room had been smoked in prior. Moved to a double bed room instead of king. So much masking agent/odor remover in room it was hard to breathe. Visible deposits in the bathtub at tub/mat interface. Everything old/broken/worn. Place needs gutted. Hard to believe you allow your brand tarnished to this degree.

We had to switch rooms due to a security concern. The staff was very accomodating.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice room
