Es un muy buen lugar para vacacionar, hay muchas cosas cerca si te gusta caminar, el desayuno buffet estuvo muy rico y todo limpio, muy buen personal Solo la piscina estaba ya con poca agua, casi no me metí

Fuimos de vacaciones en familia. El hotel es muy bonito y con bonitas instalaciones, la habitacion que nos entregaron estaba muy limpia y ordenada, sus servicios de limpieza cada dia fueron realizados correctamente, el personal es muy amable y platicador eso hace sentirte comodo en el hotel, el desayuno bufete estuvo muy rico y variado cada dia, la alberca esta muy agradable y limpia, el acceso a la playa esta a unos pasos y el personal siempre atendiendo y cuidando a los turistas del mar porque habia bandera roja. Estoy muy satisfecha de haberme hospedado ahi, sin duda regresare en mi proxima visita a Acapulco.

We loved the whole vibe of this hotel!

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but not much lighting, they have a lamp but it didn’t work in our room or my parents’. They only proved one towel per guest, bath mat, and hand towel. Basic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and lotion. Check in was super quick and as expected. One of the best room service I have had, food was really good and warm! Most places food is cold and hard. It will get crowded on weekends but staff kept up. They work really hard! The view is top tier, but the beach, I would not feel safe going in with older parents and 6yr old. It is about 20-30 mins from beaches that are calmer. Overall, it is priced for what you get. We opted for just the stay that included breakfast and I am glad, there is not much variety in the breakfast, I am not sure for dinner, we usually did room service or when out.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are good, but the front desk staff were not friendly at all; the internet went out, and when we reported it, the attitude was basically, "We know—just wait for it to come back." The security guard—a heavyset gentleman—was the one who showed us to our room and explained everything very kindly. Among the valet parking staff, one young man (I think his name was Erving) was very polite, though the others were nothing like that. The cleaning lady was very attentive, as were the bar staff; it seems not everyone holds the same standard of customer service. We had come from the Emporium expecting better service here, but that wasn't the case.

Highly recommend! All inclusive worth it but make sure to upgrade at Expedia purchase. Up charge if you pay at hotel. Close to everything!

Worst experience at Hotel. Restaurant at open only till 11 AM. Restaurant staff is rude and non cooperative.
