Stayed in room 402, which is directly below the restaurant - you can definitely hear people walking around and moving and scraping chairs from very early in the morning and until 11pm at night / so would suggest a lower floor if you like quiet. Hotel was generally very nice but unfortunately during our stay building works were going on from 7:30 am right throughout the day so lots of hammering and drilling, not the tranquility paid for - if I had known this work was happening of course wouldn’t have booked to stay here.

Amazing breakfast with friendly staff. Beautiful heated rooftop pool. Clean and spacious room. Major sights about a 20 minute walk along river. Safe neighbourhood. Would return.

staff was always helpful, also helped my wife and I book a massage with a local physical therapist. Sabrina in our room which was very convenient, she was an amazing lady, did a great job. Alessandro at the desk was very helpful throughout the process.

The breakfast was a 10 out 10. Very well equipped.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop and bar. Quiet area but centrally located. 10 min walk to the Firenze Train Station. We got a family room and it was perfect for two couples. The decor made me feel like I was in Florence!

Very impressed with the whole experience of staying at The Kraft Hotel! All staff kind, helpful and polite. Lovely room attractively furnished and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. Ideally situated approx 10mins walk to the city and its many attractions with bus stop also nearby. Various restaurants on the doorstop at good prices. Rooftop pool and patio area afford breathtaking views across the city Small gym and sauna also available. We were bed and breakfast basis and were delighted at the choices available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

저는 5박 6일 숙박했습니다 객실이 깨끗하고 넓었고 침구도 깨끗했습니다 늘 늦게 나가는 편인데도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셨어요 직원들은 정말 친절했고 특별히 조식 먹을 때나 저녁 먹을 때 레스토랑 직원들 최고였어요 직접 커피나 음료를 물어봐주고 서빙해주셨어요 오믈렛이나 프라이도 취향껏 즉석에서 조리해 주셨고 아침마다 두오모를 바라보며 따뜻한 식사 좋았습니다 저희는 저녁에 호텔에 돌아와 레스토랑에서 식사도 좋았어요 추천 드려요 인사를 후기로 대신하고 싶었어요 단점이 있다면 옆방에 누가 숙박하는지 중요해요이른 새벽부터 늦은 시간까지 TV를 틀어놓던 옆방 때문에 소음에 시달렸고 강제 기상을 했거든요 그리고 확실히 중심에서 꽤 걸어요 그러니까 어두워지면 혼자는 살짝 무서웠어요 두명 이상은 문제없어요 산타마리아노벨라 역은 8분정도 소요 되지만 우피치 미술관까진 20분을 걸어야해요 그래도 미켈란젤로 언덕까지 가는 12번 버스가 호텔 4분거리에 있어서 버스타고 편하게 갔어요 그리고 강변을 따라 걷는 게 훨씬 걷기도 길 찾기도 편합니다 제가 다시 피렌체에 온다면 꼭 다시 숙박할겁니다!! 저는 지금 로마에 있어요 피렌체에서 좋은 추억이었어요
