Todo excelente… solo el check in fue lento y tedioso y nos pidieron hasta la CURP… pero vamos de vacaciones no a vacunarnos… de ahí en más todo muy bien

We didn’t use the parking since we didn’t have a vehicle. I don’t think there is a swim up bar. I never noticed or used a swim up bar there. The room was very spacious and clean. The ocean view was amazing. The staff are friendly but it would be nice if the cleaning staff understood some English but we seemed to manage This was our second year at this resort and would go back again

Did not have hot water for my two night stay. The language barrier was a issue. Very clean and well taken of hotel. Staff was really good. Mostly locals at this hotel.

Mejorar el servicio al cliente en recepción y ser más flexibles

Si, la vista fue perfecta, las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, el trato de todo el personal fue excelente. Solo el último día aún no sacabamos todo de la habitación pero cuando fueron a hacer el aseo sacaron lo que faltaba pero aún no era hora de entregar la habitación. Llegamos de desayunar y prácticamente yo no pudimos hacer uso de la habitación.

Tiene una hermosa vista y en general todo el personal es amable, la comida es rica@l
