Staff was amazing. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Food was amazing. 3rd floor hallway smelled bad.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are warm when ac was on all night. Bathtub gets clogged easily.

The cost of valet price is ridiculous …paying a good price for the rooms. Then parking really pissed us off. overall everything else was great!!!

I have stayed here multiple times and the experience is always pleasant. The entire staff are so professional and extremely nice. The price also reasonable. This is my spot to stay when I come to New Orleans if I do not have to be on the strip for special event.

Great breakfast buffet and very accommodating staff

I’ve stayed at several embassy suites and this one was by far worst. We arrived Friday night to a very comfortable cold room. Once we woke up Saturday morning and got dressed we noticed how hot it was and adjusted the a/c and left. When we returned around 5:30 the room was at 85 and 80 at night. Called front desk about 10 pm and was told an engineer would come by. A few hours went by and no one showed . I called again and he came right up and did some repair. This is now 1 am Sunday which was our departure day. A hour went by and still no cold air. I called the front desk around 3 and was told someone is working on getting air all rooms “it’s just not my room”. We had no choice but to use our luggage to keep the door open so we could get some type of cool air. By check out at 11 I was so sick and literally dripping with sweat! I will never return here! Majority of my hotel stay was with no air! We had no choice but to stay outside and walk around or sit in a cool bar. Now the social hour was nice and breakfast was nice as well.

So close to cruise pier and Riverwalk Not a hard walk to Decatur and shopping and food. Had food and bar there with night get-togethers Will stay again

Very nice, spacious & clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit New Orleans

The young man that checked us in was excellent starting from beginning to end. We had a great time there only thing I would do away with is paying a half the valet park at your establishment but my time that was great we’ll return again.

Staff was friendly the hotel is close to Riverwalk outlet which has streetcars that you can ride to go to the French market. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was friendly rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is 15 min walk to Bourbon street

It was really nice. I enjoyed the personal touches of sending texts throughout to check on us and if we needed assistance with anything. Mason checked us in and was very pleasurable to talk to. He was very insightful about the area. All staff we encountered had smiles and greeted us with kindness.

Property needs to update. Old carpet in hallways smells old and dirty. Mirrors not in convenient space for use. Suite that accommodate 5 guest not on elevator floor service. Had to clinb two set of stairs with luggage. No assistance with bags. Hotel was very short of staff. No one to clean rooms. Or restock towels. Reserved for 4 days. Had to request someone to remove trash from the room. Room rates high for service received. Parking was $55.00 per day.

The concierge was awesome she really took care of us for my birthday

Older building needs remodeling but staff were excellent! Every one of them! Outstanding customer service!
