Very clea. Desk guys friendly and professional

Was disappointed that they initially didn't want to accept the credit card that I used to hold the reservation with because "it wasn't issued by a major bank." It IS a major bank in the southeast US. They eventually agreed to let me use it, but I don't understand why they didn't just run the charge to verify it would be accepted. Other than that the staff was friendly. The only other thing is that is not non-slip surface in their shower. It wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for older guests or anybody with balance issues.

The bed was comfortable, swimming pool was nice

First of all I want to say that I've stayed at this establishment many times with great experiences. But unfortunately this time there was some issues next door that involved extended clean up and maintenance throughout the day that did not allow me to sleep or relax.

The staff were great but the other guests staying there kind of ruined it. They looked dirty and many had big dogs!! Smelled like grass outside and alot of cars in the lot were filled with stuff, like alot of homeless stay there idk… but I asked to change my room and they upgraded me!! The service and room were great!!!

It’s full of drug dealers and people walking around the rooms being nosy.

Internet didn't work at first(Motel 6 network wouldn't connect, there was another network to connect to but they didn't tell you that when checking in and after 3 hours of struggling and multiple phone calls to front desk finally they gave me another network to connect to which finally worked, microwave had an automatic child lock, there were no instructions to that and had to call front desk to get that figured out, would give it an overall 5.5/10..

Cockroaches drug traffickers

The room provided was not like advertised smells like cigarettes in room I believe it was the smallest one on site on the second floor I paid for 3 nights over 500 dollars not worth the stay. Not safe for children all they cared about was the money not once did room service come up to ask if we needed new sheets or anything. Asked if they would be able to take the trash and housekeeper responded that the trash was around the corner. The mini fridge in room was in closet. Bed was close to tv barely any walking space. Tv was cable ONLY nothing good to stay in room. Used it just to sleep. Wanted to enjoy the room but couldn’t.

Smoke Detector battery backup needed changing. Beeping noise the first night.

They allow you to have your furr babys 🐱🐶
