My favourite hotel in my favourite city in America. Santa Fe is for good wine, lucious food, and gorgeous turquoise stores. The staff really works hard to ‘get-it-right’ for the guest. This was my first visit and I will be back!

Such a beautiful resort! Everything was clean, well maintained, and luxurious. Every single employee we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and charming. We've traveled a lot, and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed. The food was excellent in each restaurant. Hard to leave!

Great location and ambience, and the staff was wonderful. Only complaint was the ice maker which was insanely loud throughout the night. Next time I’d ask for a room as far from that beast as possible.

Our room was spacious and comfy. But the thermostat only blew cold air, not warm. I asked for service and it was fixed.

I liked the location of the property. It was close to shops, museums, etc. The outside was beautiful, the room decor could be better.

Well, the staff and overall stay was very nice. However, I suffer from health injuries and I NEEDED a hotel with jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was out of service for 2 whole days maybe 3. I did not check the first day... I understand but when I called after (checking out was crowded and heading to the airport to catch flight) to see if there might be some compensation they denied having a jacuzzi out of order! The front desk said it had been open. Both my daughter and I saw the closed signs and checked and water was ice cold. Who does that?!! If they don't feel a compensation or refund is appropriate fine, but to say it was not closed? Really? After going up and down several times for several days to check... I am surprised and shocked but lesson learned: DO NOT ATTEMPT AFTER STAY to discuss conditions.

The manager Hunter was AMAZING!!! He provided great suggestions for places to go see and eat!! He was upbeat and great!!!

The hotel is beautiful and was clean, but it's very old. Our room was clean, but nothing impressive. The bathroom could have used an upgrade. There was no ventilation and the shower looked dingy. A water pipe burst while we were there, resulting in brown water running from the tap and shower. It was resolved in a timely manner.

Our stay was amazing! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, perfect location and an incredible pool.
