I liked the fitness centre and the pool

Wonderful hotel! Just everything was great, very clean, nice comfortable beds, big rooms, pantry access for continental breakfast and snacks 24/7? friendly staff, good bar and restaurant, pool and gym! Decent location but walking required to get to harbour front areas etc. maybe 10 mins! Pleased with the experience here and would stay again.

The walls are thin so i could hear people talking in the hallway and hear people leave their room because the doors when they close are so loud. This issue was especially common in the morning when room service kept on opening and closing the doors so often- I woke up at 8:30AM from the noise thinking there was construction that was causing the loud banging sounds.

We did not like that there was no shuttle to and from the airport. The airport is so far away. The restaurant and bar closed promptly at 11 and we would have liked even a little bit longer. The Starbucks closed super early. We wish there was more information about visiting Halifax. We would have loved information about where to go and what to see since it was our first time visiting.

I didn’t get to use any of the amenities because of a power outage. I was told about it less than 36h before my stay. Yes I could have gotten a refund but any other hotel would have been too costly at that time. Rip off!!

The parking garage, because it was also used by other commercial groups was not easy to navigate (where to park to be close to hotel elevators vs lugging suitcases a long way). Be sure to get your parking ticket validated - even for a one night stay - because even though the front desk said it was not needed, we couldn’t exit through automatic barrier. We had to call for assistance to someone who had to contact the hotel to ensure of our name/room # etc. Almost 10 minutes later we were able to leave.

This was a pleasant hotel to stay in. It has good location, helpful and welcoming staff, through and responsive housekeeping. The hotel restaurant served up decent food. If you want easy, close access to the boardwalk and other sites in the core this hotel is a good bet.

Great location, easy walk to the waterfront.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is great quick walk to everything in the city and if you're driving you don't get stuck in tge traffic.

This is a nice place to stay. The staff are very pleasant and capable. The facility itself could be a bit better maintained. The elevators and floor around it are dirty- filthy in the parking garage. The hotel is well situated. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. Regards, Grace

What a beautiful property and view! Everything was wonderful!

Overall a good stay. Location is good, downtown, a few mins walk to the major activities. Hotel was nice, is still clearly under some renovation although it didn’t disturb us. We didn’t use many of the amenities. Overall a good hotel & would stay here again.
