Close to hospital, 3-4 minute walk to downtown.

Conveniently situated across from Royal Inland Hospital

We booked this, and thought with the pictures that it would have been in much better shape than it was. It was actually really disappointing after traveling 12 hours and pulling up to this. Pictures are not at all as the property is. We actually left. The front desk lady was amazing and helped us with getting a refund on our stay.

Very good downtown location. Opposite the hospital so very convenient. The room and linens were very clean and the heating was easy to use. Many thanks

Staff are courteous

Everything was good!! The staff was very courteous. Even though I hadn't been able to find your phone number earlier, and booked through Expedia, I wasn't aware of a hospital visit discount. After boking it, I found your local phone # and booked in that we had a dog. When we checked in, because Travis couldn't reimburse us on the hospital discount, he allowed us to check in our dog in exchange. We totally appreciated that!! Thanks!! Plus even though we hadn't checked in the night before, we DID have a hospital appointment in the morning, when we came into town. Because we had reservations to stay that night, and there were only a few in the parking lot, at the time, Travis allowed us to park there while we went to our appointment. We totally appreciate that, especially since Kamloops was undergoing huge construction projects, and there was virtually no parking available elsewhere. Thanks so much, Travis!!

Beds were very comfortable but furnishings are very dated. However the kids loved the pool and staff were friendly at the front desk. Nice breakfast in a bag to go.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and very reasonable price. Very accommodating to any chamges in rooms or length of stay. Very close to hospital.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and water pressure is good. Older looking. Warping floors with boards pushing up.

Great location near hospital. Fantastic hot water and water pressure. Heat difficult to control falling apart from wall. No door to extra bedroom. Very low toilet.

I’m a man of few words

The breakfast was in a bag. I was not impressed by that because the other Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Airdrie Alberta, was incredible. So I had a higher expectation; they had a full-on buffet breakfast style that would cook your pancakes right on the spot. I just feel let down because this place was not like the other. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. tiles were broken. and the wind draft from the window would lift the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, which made me think someone was trying to get in. The shops were great and convenient. There's a restaurant called REBO'S Argentine Cuisine. You must go to that restaurant.

Good service

Good place to stay for an overnight stopover. It seems most of their clientele are government and hospital workers.
