Great staff. Beautifully renovated room. Will be back the next time I'm in aOttawa.

What you would expect for the price. A little plus for the breakfast that was pretty good. I would recommend.

My go to hotel in Ottawa. Close to St Laurent mall and the train station.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel were exemplary —- warm, courteous, and accommodating.

Clean and ultra quiet. Unfortunately, continental breakfast was dry and not good.

Front desk is friendly and recognized us from previous stays. Parking lot is clean. Lobby is clean. The only downside was there were no clothes hangers in the room to hang clothing.

Quiet, clean and easy to access. Modern rooms.

The front desk service was great! The room was very clean and spacious. Our room was next to the elevator and stairwell. The elevator did not pose as noisy or bothersome, however, our bathroom was smelled of continuous cigarette smoke, most likely get sucked in from the stairwell (not sure) but if you have allergies, avoid this area and make sure you get a room away from the stairwells. The price was fair and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Grat choise, we would stay again.
