The packing garage situation was very low and wasnt sure if the truck would fit. You ride the elevator right from the parking garage and into the hotel where your room is. The bathroom and room looked a little old but it got the job done

Sink water pressure was low, but not horrible. The rooftop pool that was advertised was not filled. I wish that would have been stated that the pool was not ready. The rooftop was dirty and not pleasant to relax and sit to enjoy the view.

The staff was outstanding and the room was very clean.

Be careful when booking. I was charged a different price for each nights stay. The rate shown was the cheapest night but the other 2 were significantly more. I won’t make that mistake again.

Big room - very comfortable beds - clean - good customer service - breakfast buffet was excellent - nice atmosphere - Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel

Freudiges Frühstücksbuffet, alles sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, nur der Zug morgens um 06.15 hupte gute 2 Minuten in voller Lautstärke....

Within easy walking distance of Beale Street. Room was clean and quiet, but with no window! Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

El estacionamiento huele a chi

My wife woke up the next morning with numerous bug bits on her. We stayed in early spring before bugs outside are a problem. We could smell people smoking weed and we have no issue with it but it was coming from when we encountered employees. Plus walls are not the best soundproof we could hear other rooms in our room.

Building needs some loving ; Paint job in need . Entire building parking entrances smells like pee.. No one is cleaning the steps nor entrances to the stair ways . I did the mistake on bed sizes : room was a bit. Of uncomfortable ,shower room bathroom is separate and toilet area No exhaust fan, no privacy no air ventilation system in bathroom, outside vanity is all open you can see the plumbing and drain lines, no vanity door or cover .

The front desk was friendly. The property wasn't necessarily dirty (besides our headboard on the bed which had something dripping down it and oily fingerprints), but also didn't feel clean. Probably because the property was dated and you could tell that rather than fix things, they'd just applied another coat of paint. No one was in a hurry to replenish breakfast items as they ran out each morning. The location was convenient and the view was nice, but the hotel itself was lacking.

The hotel lobby and rooms were nice. Park was provided, however it was difficult finding a place to park. There was no hot water on Saturday morning.
