I am a frequent customer of this hotel. They recently started charging an undisclosed $15 per night for parking fee. Will not stay at any Hampton Inn property again until this shady practice is discontinued.

Our first room the fridge didn’t work! The bathroom shower had standing water. Our second room the air didn’t work it was 82 degrees in there. The 3rd room was better but had short hai

Front desk staff was great. Property is currently under renovations and working on the bathtubs. Do not walk around barefoot in the room or bathroom as the floors are filthy and don't get cleaned. I always bring sandals for in door walking but my little ones wouldn't leave their shoes or socks on and their feet were black with filth. We needed a room for the night and it was convenient.

Very clean and great location

Sink was very dirty with debris. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

The down button on third floor elevator won't allow u to push down. So u have to go up to go down. Trash bags put by third floor ice machine.

Every night and morning they leave big trash bags by 3rd floor ice machine and its not appealing. Also when they made up room never dumped trash in room.

Friendly staff. Quiet. Breakfast every day. Nice pool. Only thing negative I have to say is it needs a laundry onsite

The A/C would not cool the room! Woke up hot! Room was clean.
