My favorite part was being able to open the door to the balcony for some fresh air! After staying in many stuffy hotels, I will be booking here for my trips to Branson from now on! The hotel has an old but elegant feel, which I really liked. Very clean. The bathroom was very tiny, with the sink/vanity on the outside. The water here was softer and did not leave my hair feeling rough! The free breakfast was great.. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage patties, Italian sausage, fruit, muffins, bagels, and more. I rated slightly lower than 5 stars because the cable box on the TV did not work, but the staff resolved the issue immediately. This was a good stay and we will definitely be back.

The "Victorian charm" does not fail! The jetted tub doesn't hurt either. They have an Afternoon Tea , for crying out loud. Beautiful little tea cups and saucers, just like at Grandma's! Tea and cookies were such a nice surprise, even though it's not anything drastic. Things like real silverware....it's just really charming. Love, ❤️ love!

Off-season stay and almost everything was great. Only exceptions were the bathroom was tiny and bed was rather firm, otherwise fantastic

Hotel Grand Victorian was everything we hoped for. Extremely clean rooms, delicious breakfast and expert staff. We had the joy of speaking with Don at the front desk when we arrived and we chatted for quite some time, what a wonderful greeting! They have “tea time” with hit tea and cookies and we definitly enjoyed that!

Awesome hotel, will definatly stay here again, the counter people are so friendly & helpful, breakfast was great!

Great spot right in the heart of the action. We will be returning to this location on future trips. Everything was perfect, enjoyed breakfast coffee and tea time all 4 days we were here. The pool was nice and clean as was our room. Really cool retro gameroom, parents will love Demolitjon Man pinball!

The housekeeping staff was asked if the trash in our room could be taken care of and because we were not in the room “schedule” to be cleaned the housekeeper said. “Absolutely Not”! We told the housekeeper that we would even bag it up ourselves and hand it to her and she refused! When we came to the hotel front desk workers, my husband was cussed out by the maintenance man who was taking up for the housekeeper who he said didn’t speak English, however when I spoke her her, her English was just fine. The older man at the front desk “Don” he has no business working in customer service because he openly cusses, using the MF word and F work while checking us in. Then had the audacity to say “I will speak to you however I want”! We were floored! We have NEVER been spoken to or treated that way, EVER! We spent over $2000 for our stay there and were treated like garbage. We will NEVER stay at this property again unless they get new staff. Their staff needs to be retrained in how to treat the people that pay their wages!! I’m sure this will be thrown out and overlooked but the cameras don’t lie! Will NOT BE BACK!!! Rooms were clean, price was ok.

Breakfast wasn't really good, but the rest was wonderful! Great place reasonable rates, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Very good hotel to stay in Branson, nice ambience, good rooms with view, good breakfast, nice people at the front desk, very conveniently located and clean rooms.

The hotel/rooms, were exceptionally clean. The hot tub at the end of the day was heaven! Breakfast was okay. The biscuits were hard and gravy cold but the coffee and eggs were GREAT! The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but, we managed.

Very clean room. When we arrived at 7:30 p.m., there was a line at check in counter. The only staff working had left premises to go get his dinner

Very well kept property for such an old hotel. We were pleasantly surprised.

Pleasure stopover. First time stay but we have visied Branson many times.beautiul facade, very clean and welcoming lobby. Beds are excellent. I would give this hotel a ten but the bath area is very small, indicative of the age of the hotel. That's our only markdown. Breakfast was very good.
