Very pretty grounds and seating areas. wish they had breakfast, or at least coffee in the lobby.

My pocketbook was stolen out of my car from their parking lot my wallet all my medical cards they have no security they have no cameras there's nothing they can do to help me

Staff was super nice and very welcoming to all guests

The only place I will stay in Tucson

It's great. Staff is great. Property is great. Everything is great. No issues

We arrived at midnight, very tired from a long drive, and the agent couldn't find my updated reservation in the system. It took the front desk agent 45 minutes to resolve the issue. The hotel didn’t have a valid Expedia phone number to call in order to resolve the problem. I had to chat with Expedia and request that they call the hotel. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. The hotel is dated but very clean, with very nice and helpful housekeeping staff.

The only place I stay in Tucson

Very clean and updated property. Arrived late at night and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Front desk morning staff didn’t give off those vibes. Don’t remember getting a smile from them. All busy looking down at whatever they’re doing. Dined in and the staff there was very pleasant and welcoming. Food was very good. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

Plenty of parking, safe location. Close to Reid park which has a walking path, and golf. Property was clean and staff and friendly. Would stay at again.

The staff was very nice. Our carpet in our room was a musty smell and there were homeless hanging out in the back. Nothing you can help.
