I didn't like that the water leaked out while taking shower making the floor wet. Also, the scale was not working.

Kleine Zimmer für 3. Beim Checkin war das Zimmer nicht mit der Aufbettung ausgestattet. Altmodische Zimmer. Unfreundliches Personal - nicht bemüht. Eher Tagung- als Urlaubshotel.

The hotel has spacious pleasant rooms. The staff gives very good service. The breakfast restaurant offers pleasant atmosphere and good choices of breakfast options. The property is located about 2,5km from the city center, walking is hardly an option, one relies on Ubers for commuting.

The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel with very professional, pleasant and friendly staff. For Easter I went out with and when I returned, the staff left in my room a baked Uma Felix Passos Happy Easter Pastry. This was a very good surprise to me. If I am ever this part of the country, I will lodge in this hotel. I have a pleasant memory.

Nice property, excellent staff, but far from the center of Porto

O hotel apesar de 5 estrelas, cobra por serviços que não fazem sentido, por exemplo 7 euros para emprestar um conjunto de talheres o que me parece abusivo e absurdo ou 24 euros pelo estacionamento mesmo estando distante do centro.

The hotel premises, layout and restaurant are very classy and well designed. Room was very clean. The staff were really welcoming and attentive ready to help with a nice positive attitude. In the dining room, break fast was of high quality and great variety with lovely host and waitresses. Two names that come to mind for thir excellent service are Sara and Berenice. Standard hotel. Good service.

We had a short 3 night stay but was very happy with the staff. We were out most of the day so we hardly used the room or amenities. Only comment is we had to ask for slippers as it was not in the room when we checked in. But that is a minor issue. Breakfast was very good with a lot of offerings

If I ever go back to Porto, I would definely stay at this hotel. I feel safe, it was easy to get around town. The hotel was very clean and very friendly staff.

No había zapatillas de levantar, las pedí, me dijeron que las llevarían a la habitación y no las llevaron. Durante el desayuno, continuamente bandejas vacías en la zona de cosas dulces. Y no había pastel de nata, me insistieron en esperar y nunca llegaron.

Sehr komfortables Bett, trotz gekipptem Fenster erstaunlich ruhig in der Nacht. Freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig mit fast zu großer Auswahl (lieber weniger zugunsten der Qualität) Wenn man meckern will: die Spiegeleier waren leider kalt und hart, die (vielen) Wurstsorten eher banal. Die Armaturen in der Dusche sind nicht sehr hochwertig und wackeln. Sonst sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert.

Lo que más me gustó fue que al fin estuve en una habitación realmente silenciosa. Y el desayuno sí que lo consideré aburrido, poca variedad y productos locales.

Staff prestativo e bem treinado para atender aos hóspedes. A despeito da grande quantidade de hóspedes no período em que fiquei hospedada, o atendimento foi impecável. Café da manhã, limpeza e conforto excelentes.

Buen y amplio hotel. Los muebles de la habitacion algo datados pero en buen estado (algun golpe). Bar y restaurante con buena comida. Parking amplio pero algo caro. El hotel no esta cerca del centro pero en zona tranquila con varios restaurantes

Everything was excellent , nice hotel in nice place , excellent services , nice polite staff wity excellent breakfast and great dinner options. I suggest it !

Som förväntat för ett hotell av den här typen, bra frukost, väl skött buffet och bortplockande av disk. Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Hotellet ligger mitt emellen historiska center och havet, men ganska opersonliga kvarter.
