Leider war der Pool während des gesamten Aufenthaltes geschlossen. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man das Hotel bewusst wegen der Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen auswählt. Auch die Zeitangaben zum Frühstück auf Hotels.com stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Somit haben wir am ersten Morgen den Tag ohne Frühstück begonnen. Sehr ärgerlich. Ebenfalls gab es nur einen Bademantel in einem Doppelzimmer. Wirklich nicht nachvollziehbar, wenn zwei Personen gebucht wurden.

Only one robe and slippers in a room for two people, got charged £150 on arrival randomly and was refunded this back but it wasn’t told to us until we arrived, pool was so cold and sauna is being refurbished - again, weren’t told, online says kids until 6pm & there was kids jumping in the pool at 7, again it said it shut at 10pm and shut at 8! Very misleading rules and staff that aren’t enforcing it. Other than that, was an okay stay but probably wouldn’t return.

An absolute dream of a central Brussels hotel. Perfect location between city sights and family in the suburbs. The staff was top-notch and provided impeccable service, especially at The Poet. Best breakfast buffet we have had in a long time. Merci!

Nothing much

Clean, comfortable hotel. Would choose to stay again due to location and ease to get around. Underground and buses in a short walk. Located near to European Parliament.

The hotel was delightful.

The room was clean and large. You had a fridge and water bottle that you could fill up by the lift, however, they wanted to charge us €29 per person which I thought was extortionate. I believe it should have been offered at a reduced rate considering we were horel guests....

The hotel use their guests as a bank without permission or paying any interest. I am well aware this is a common behaviour among hotels and something the business need to get away from, a big enterprise using the little man to benefit themselves. I recommend no one that doesn't like to be taken advantage of to stay at these hotels. A suggestion to Expedia is to make it possible for the little man to filter away hotels fooling you and charing deposits for no reason at all.

滞在中、毎日清掃してもらえるので清潔なだけでなく、コーヒー等もきちんと補充されるので、とても快適でした。さらに、隣接されているフィットネスクラブを利用できるため、体調管理も万全でした。良いことずくめの滞在の中でさらに感激したポイントは、ホテルの部屋から毎日EU議会を眺めることができたことです。観光地へも公共の交通機関又は気分転換に歩いても簡単にアクセスできます。部屋も十分に広いし、おすすめです。

3泊して、3回の朝食がまったく同じメニューだった。そして味もいたって普通。 上質なホテルとは程遠く、残念ながら再訪はないだろう。

J’ai demandé plusieurs fois à l’accueil que j’ai pas de multiprise dans ma chambre, qui est normalement sur le chevet, on m’a dit à chaque fois que l’on va m’en déposer 1 dans ma chambre et rien du tout, car j’ai besoin pour dormir avec mon appareil apnée du sommeil… 2 jours que je demande et à la fin rien du tout Heureusement que j’ai réservé 2 chambres pour mes employés et pour la dernière nuit j’ai pu emprunter à mon collègue. Vraiment déçu, je pense plus reserver à cette hôtel dorénavant

Chambre vieillissante et surtout on vous écoute pas à l’accueil. Bathroom door faulty, carpet worn, wall paper peeling off. Sent 2 emails before arrival both ignored and got no response. Useless check in staff
