Great hotel for a family. Nice facility, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Nice atrium.

Every day we had room key issues. We arrived a day early and asked for a room. Receptionist told us no rooms were Available at all and we then booked one on Expedia and they allowed us to check in. We were also there for a family reunion and the hotel catered and ALL OF THE CHICKEN was raw and bloody inside.

Everything was great during my week's stay. It was nice to have daily room service and the food was exceptional. The amenities including breakfast, a pool and gym were great. The staff was friendly and helpful also.

Not one of the better locations. Not enough towels or bedding, despite requests ahead of stay. Odd odors. Understaffed for this busy location

Booked this last minute as a family of 4 and have zero complaints! Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly.

Liked everything about our stay with 3 kids.

The front desk person, Nia. was congenial and upgraded us. She remained calm and professional even when inundated with questions by an inexperienced staff person

This hotel is the worst. Refrigerator did not work, pool closed, a/c . Not cool. we had dinner at bar restaurant. Kept forgetting requested food items, and I had to request fries for our child three times as well as desert. When I got bill, they charged me three times for those items. So every time i told them we did not get item, they readded to bill. Our daughter and son we with us. Their truck window was smashed and car broken i to. When police came, they asked who recommended the hotel to us and said they have break in and robery calls there 3 times a week. Tried to speak to manager, never available, said she was not on site.

I liked th complimentary happy hour tickets and snacks. One of the sinks didn't work

It eas a very busy weekend and only 1 person working front desk during check in causing a very long wait. Breakfast was great, but very understaffed again for the amount of people staying. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property is very nice and modern! I love the elevator set up and the room set ups! When we entered the room it was nice but the toilet was clogged…that was really the only thing that was wrong! Other than that, I would stay again!
