The hotel upgraded our room and the breakfast was delicious but this hotel is far from the downtown and only convenient if you want to go to the airport.

A estadia foi muito excelente. Quarto muito limpo e super confortável, a cama é maravilhosa. Banheiro muito bom com chuveiro bem gostoso. Café da manhã excepcional. Super recomendo.

I stayed here on my first trip to Lisbon. The staff gave me some great travel tips, which was really reassuring. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. There were also local restaurants nearby, which gave me a nice sense of being somewhere out of the ordinary! The room was spacious, comfortable, and I slept really well. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, working in some areas but not in others. I was pleasantly surprised by the little gesture the day before checkout, and I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Lisbon!

Estava tudo ótimo, o serviço foi excelente. A única coisa que estragou um pouco foi o facto de terem entrado duas vezes no nosso quarto de manhã, mesmo com o aviso de ‘não incomodar’ na porta

This is a clean hotel close to the airport. I stayed a night en route to my destination. Very easy to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy and it is an excellent hotel overall with friendly staff. It was a summer heat wave and though I set the AC to max, it never really went below 26 degrees in the room which was uncomfortable but not worth making a fuss about. If you’re there during the hot season, make sure to check the AC on check in. All around affordable, clean airport-near hotel. The area around the hotel is not especially pedestrian friendly.

Very nice staff and clean hotel. It's a little bit of a walk from the metro/subway and it is not too close to major attractions but there are many good supermarkets within walking distance.

Tive uma estadia excelente no hotel! O atendimento foi cordial e atencioso desde a recepção até o check-out. O quarto estava limpo, bem organizado e muito confortável. A localização é ótima, poucos minutos do centro de carro. O café da manhã foi variado e saboroso, com produtos frescos. Sem dúvida, uma experiência agradável e que pretendo repetir. Adoramos o mimo deixado no quarto. Muito obrigada

Muy bueno todo y la atención espectacular

Just a night stop over before going to the airport, not far from the airport. Excellent lobby and friendly English speaking receptionists, no issues at all, room slightly small for family of 3 but assume set up business rather than families. All the facilities you would expect in a hotel room with also complementary bottle of water. Metro a mile away, not on a bus route that we could find so car/taxi hire or walking to the metro station.
