This is a fun and funky place to stay. This is my second visit and no complaints. It is easy to get downtown via bus if not driving. Internet worked well, everything seemed clean, and the staff are friendly. Didn’t use the pool, but looked like fun. The only thing I could not figure out was how to work the TV, but I have this problem at every hotel/motel I go to.

The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. We felt it was overly expensive.

Staff were so kind. Daughter loved the pool and slide. Loved hanging out in Grandma’s Basement!

Just very comfortable and distinct look, centrally located, everything was two thumbs up! The Ruby restaurant on site is so goid, we ate there every day and were thrilled with each meal.

Great staff, great room!

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times now and it's always my favorite! Such a cute and cozy place that really feels like home. The staff are always amazing and very nice. The hotel is also in a very convenient location and lots of transit options to and from. Highly recommend!

Loved our time at Hotel Zed! Rubys was a great morning stop for breakfast and most of the best sites in Victoria are a 15 minute drive.

Been here a few times over the years. I think this was the nicest room - in terms of overall theme and layout. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Didn’t like paying extra for the same room just because it was a weekend night.

Overall, it was a very good place to say. My only area for improvement is that there wasn't any complimentary coffee in the rooms.

Location is great. There is a mall nearby with lots of restaurant options. Hotel restaurant is great with reasonable price.

Very clean, great location

Wonderful stay at a great place with helpful and accommodating staff. It has a great swimming pool and the rooms are immaculately clean. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Had the best time. Rooms very clean and fun. Pool was a blast for the kids and grandma’s basement was so fun for the kids and adults. Would gladly stay here again.

Our room was great, very clean and had fun touches like a yo-yo, comic book, French press coffee. Pool and hot tub were awesome to come back to after a long day of walking. Free bike rentals are cool. Only down side was we didn’t realize the on site restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. Our own fault of course and not a huge deal as there are plenty of other restaurants around, but just a heads up for others that don’t look close enough at the website.
