I liked the location. I did not like the dirty towels, the unfinished floor of the bathtub shower, nor the handles to shower installed improperly. I did not like the trash around the exterior of the property.

A little disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

Customer service was great ; however , I woke up to a roach in the bed. I was switched to another room, unfortunately both rooms stink. 1st room had a weird smell, the second room smelled like a dog . Also both room had water damaged around the walls . It felt like I booked a room at the motel rather than a hotel . Also the “free breakfast”, you might as well bring your own food , or walk to ihop .

What was unique was the extreme expense they took advantage of airport travelers when they miss connections and the airlines claim the run out of rooms. $500 for a $100 room. Really

Mold issues had to change rooms to a higher floor

Roaches were in our rooms . Smoke smell everywhere im still waiting to be refunded !

We would stay again. Breakfast was lack luster but the room was comfortable and clean.

Price was not worth the condition of the property. We have stayed in Best western many times before and this was by far the worst condition of the facility we have seen. Paint scratched over. Poor renovation in the entire facility. It was a motel like feeling when we actually paid for a hotel.

Elevator was not working and the room smelled like sweat. Sheets were dirty and Floors too

I will stay here again.

Great experience

Lighting is harshly bright throughout, including rooms. Some mildew spots in shower. As others have noted, distinct cigarette odor in halls. Bed was comfortable enough, but one comforter was stained. Mostly quiet. AC in building and room seemed to be struggling. If I had to do it over again, would have paid a little bit more and stayed elsewhere.

Hotel was bright and inviting. The room was wonderful. Only downside was some sketchy people outside late at night and another guest smoking and stinking up the section of the hotel. But otherwise would be happy to stay here agin when we are back in town.

This hotel is just ok.
