This was such a fun stay while visiting Fayetteville! There is so much thought in every detail. Would love to come back.

Very nice place with a cool vibe. Very close to U of Ark campus, restaurants, and bars. Everything is walkable or you can use the Veo bikes and scooters. Fun little hotel and area! Worth the stay!

Perfect location.

For the last 2 days of my trip I had to take cold showers due to no hot water. The temp in the room would not go under 68 degrees. This perimenopausal woman needs lower!

During our one night stay there was no hot water but management was more than accommodating for the temporary problem. Staff all were EXCELLENT -shoutout to Brooklyn and Caleb! Great decor and great location!

Lovely staff, clean and really safe.

The hotel and staff we came in contact with were great but. We wanted to check in early to get some pool time and we was told the pool was closed, we arrived late and it wasn’t closed. No coffee or coffee maker the room and no complementary coffee in lobby. Coffee at the bar was $4.00 a cup.

The floor our room was on had a terrible odor. Our room had hair throughout, the bathroom had a very musty smell, and our room ac wall unit had what appeared to be black mold.

Love the vibes and nontraditional look! Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was excellent. Great Experience!

The bed was so comfortable and the comforters so cozy that I feel asleep before I lay down. Fortunately I was sitting so that my head landed on a pillow. Decorations were all about students. I retired from teaching recently enough that I am still glad to be free of students. 😵‍💫

Our room was great but we chose this hotel for the pool and were told after check in that it was not in working order. Also I was charged 2 times for the first night and they still have not corrected this.

We loved everything about this property. Beautifully decorated and loved the location.

Very unique - everything was decorated in University themed items.

The hotel was safe, cool and super clean. It was very quiet.

Great location, comfy bed and friendly staff.

The beds were firm but enjoyed our stay as return guests. Staff and bar tenders were fabulous.

This is my 3rd time staying at The Graduate. This trip the room was not as clean as in the past. Found old food in the chair and a weird brown stain on the carpet. The other issue is the pool being closed due to a maintenance issue. My kids were super disappointed

This was our first time staying at one of the Graduate Hotels and we loved it. The location is excellent. We loved the lobby area with the bar in the middle. It’s a great gathering place and it was always lively. The property itself could probably be updated a little, but overall it was clean and we loved the “theme” including the hotel keys being “student IDs”. We will definitely stay here again!
