My first time staying at this location and though the room was nice and spacious, upon entering to the bathroom there was a dirty towel hanging from the top of the bathroom door. Then upon getting ready for bed and untucking the sheets there were hairs and what appeared to be crumbs and black little dots. I was so tired that I just fell asleep on top of the sheets with my clothes on which I threw away after. Last there was lots of noise from the air conditioner to the noise on the streets. Will NOT be staying here again.

If I had known the tvs didn't work and outside jackhammering started promptly at 7am, I would've stayed somewhere else.

Good stay but never saw restaurant open in the 3 days of our stay.

Service was not great, not personal usage of codes for everything, restaurant slow service.

My stay was amazing, loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I like the room is spacious, concierges is polite. But the humidity and ventilation in bathroom and bed room needs an improvement. The bed sheets are slightly wet/humid and shower curtain slightly smelled. Moreover the humidity after shower won’t goes away after hours.

Staff was excellent. From the valet to the people at the restaurant.

My family and I went for a short trip and much-needed weekend getaway, and the hotel suited our needs. The suite we stayed in was good and exceeded our expectations. Outside of the living area not circulating the A/C as the bedroom, everything else was good. We ESPECIALLY loved the rooftop patio we had!

Close to everything, super clean and safe

Everything was good but the room was very cold. Turning off the ac did not change anything. Raising the thermostat also did not help. But overall service was very good.

Everything was great, room, bedding, my wife and I enjoyed our stay, but the fact that there was no movies or PPV options on the TV was really disappointing.

Great rooms and great service.

Excellent beds and pillows. I slept like a baby.
