the room looked very dirty amd completely outdated the facility is run down pictures on expedia are photo shopped

The front desk lady was a friendly person, the hotel cleanliness was terrible.

This property is awful and should not be allowed to run in the condition it is in. There were blood stains on the curtains in the lobby and on the pull out beds in the rooms. The room we were placed in did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival and it was evident that it had been smoked in. There were homeless people laying in the lobby and out by the pool. We were told to keep our belongings close since there was no security at the property. The ladies working the front desk did their best to help us out (a 14U Volleyball Club) but the manager hid in the back room, refused to come out and was rude to both the front desk staff and customers - using a "go between" person. Worst experience we've ever had a hotel anywhere.

It was alright a little outdated.

Easy access to destinations

I had a great trips with my kids. We got to pick which floor we could stay on so that was wonderful. My only point of contention is the overflowing trash can on the other side of the hall from us. Right when you get off the elevator, it’s right in front and had a pizza box on the outside of it. The breakfast was great though and the front desk helped us with whatever we needed

Nice place to stay

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was decent. However, due to the location, we found it hard to get a restful sleep because of all the traffic noise. However, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good.

Amazing deal for the price

My husband and I stayed there before his surgery. And it was nice to have breakfast ready, even though we had to leave pretty early.

Lots of traffic noise next to 75 highway. The first night was more than the second night. Light came in the door around our room. Pet friendly so there were a lot of dogs.

Property is right off the expressway. Sheets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful.

The property was run down and didn’t appear as shown in the pictures online. The door to the room had a gap after it was closed. Woke up to a stolen truck too. It was parked by the front door.
