Can’t fault the restaurant & concierge staff but for the price we paid for 1 night, the rooms were pretty gross. Visible dirt and grime in the kitchenette/ sink area. Definitely due an upgrade. We only slept there for the night in transit so not a bother but for a $360 AUD night I’d expect it to be cleaner in the room.

Love our short stay here at Novotel staff were lovely very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Nadi.

Decent place to stay for one night while transferring from Nadi airport. Friendly staff.

Comfortable and close to the airport.

My room wasn't clean when I entered! I have a habit of wiping down the counter tops etc and there was a lot for dirt and grime! And the worst was that at 3:55am I was awoken by the sounds of people very loud .. talking and laughing and moving things around! I complained .. I actually called the the front desk! I went outside twice! No one bothered to check-in with me to see what issue was! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!

The rooms need updating and better cleaning.

The staff, service, and breakfast room, unpleasant. On Sunday evening, the water shut off for all the units; the staff kept saying and telling us that the water would be back up and would run, and that never happened. We had to find another hotel, and we moved out in the middle of the night with our kids. This place is Horrible to stay at; the staff is unfriendly.

The staff was very nice, the food was fine but the menu was the same everyday. The rooms can use a good upgrade, especially the bathroom, and sadly there was roaches in my room.

Expedia’s photos are very misleading for the rooms. The rooms were more run down than the photos. Would not have booked if photos were accurate. Breakfast was pretty good. Gym and pool were good. The common areas were maintained better than the rooms.

If I can give the room 0 star I probably would. Room, bathroom, sheets and glass were so dirty. definitely needs some maintenance.

Perfect location,nice, environment,clean surrounded by nice view,I enjoyed my stay and staff was friendly.

Rooms are in poor condition , not worth the money

The hospitality is top tier. Fijian people are the nicest people I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was great ( definitely recommend the Fijian Lamb curry and the Lamb tikka ) the breakfast was also really really good !! The room is cleaned and spacious. This hotel is great, super close to the airport!! The staff were wonderful :-)

Novotel Nadi is terribly run down to the point where Exe

Staff were nice and helpful to my Parents.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient. Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality.

Very old and dated , bathrooms were shocking , but the water was hot and showers good . Comfy bed . Good breakfast . Not somewhere you would want to spend more than one night .
