Property manager was very nice and helpful

It was only 6 minutes from our final destination.

Location is just okay ,water pressure on shower too low

The staff was pleasant and it was close to the location I needed most

The front desk woman was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. We had some difficulty with the TV in the room, and after trying a different remote control with new batteries the problem wasn't corrected. She offered to move us to a new room, but we wouldn't have been viewing the TV for very long, so we opted to remain where we were. She thereupon gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was very considerate. We were very pleased with the service, and she was a very nice person to work with. BTW, the breakfast was quite good.

I know traveling during the holiday can be hectic. Coming from PA to visit family it is my first time In Spartanburg, South Carolina. The hotel staff I met Tina, Ang the manager and Brit were all super friendly and patient. The room I had is pretty spacious, bed is super comfortable. The room I had didn’t come with a microwave which I prefer in case of late night craving but it’s okay. I will know next time. I do want mention, housekeeping should add 2-3 toiletries items in case of running out, I was only giving one with a family of 5, I did see a few strands of hair left in the shower. Which I immediately disinfected. It didn’t bother me as much everything in the room was pretty clean

Enjoyed my stay

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful even going through the stress of the aftermath of a hurricane.

We were going to a concert, and decided to choose this location. Not only was staff insanely accommodating and that was the easiest check-in ever, the mini fridge was out in our first room, I needed it because I had breast milk I had to keep cold, they switched us immediately. Absolutely easy smooth process! Will be staying again. As it was super close to the venue, and insanely clean!

Check in was friendly, room clean, but you had to buy breakfast. Very close to McDonalds though.

The staff was amazing, the property was not. Coffee maker nor fridge worked. Wallpaper pulled off the walls, bathrooms outdated, faucet wiggled.

Overall our room was quite nice, only issue we had was the shower squealed as the water came out

Would have been easy to get to, but there was road construction in front of the hotel. It was a mess.

The experience was very nice. The room was very modern and up-to-date.

Check-in staff was a pleasure. Fast check in, room was spotless and a very nice facility.
