Friendly staff and very accommodating

Noen tilfeldige hadde satt opp «ikke forstyrr» på døren vår, så rommet var ikke ryddet da vi kom tilbake til hotellet etter en lang dag ute. De kunne ikke gjøre det da vi kom for da hadde housekeeping dratt hjem. Tok over en halvtime å få rene håndklær da vi ba om dette. Doen var dessverre litt treg. Ikke helt tett, men det var litt vanskelig å trekke ned. Moderne hotell. Flott rom. Deilige senger. Kjempegod frokost med masse forskjellige alternativer. Sentral beliggenhet. Bær peterkirken. Gå avstand til andre severdigheter. Buss til colosseum rett utenfor hotellet. Restauranter og matbutikk like ved. Handlegate i nærheten.

This is a great hotel located in a very convenient place in Rome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent stay. Cannot fault this hotel in any way from our experience. Room was as in pictures, cleaned to a high standard daily. Nice Bar area, coffee was lovely. All the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Luggage store was ideal on arrival and check out days to maximise time. Additionally we left an item in the room when checking out, having realised a few hours later we contacted the hotel and the item was at reception when we returned to collect our luggage. 15 min walk to the Vatican area and around 25 min to Pantheon. Would happily recommend and will return.

Habitación muy confortable, el desayuno opcional muy accesible en precio y muy completo. Muy cerca de todo (Castillo de San Angel), la zona muy segura y tranquila

O pequeno almoço era bom, menu variado. O chuveiro era pouco prático e a água espalhava-se toda pelo chão.

Clean room, excellent staff, great proximity to major sites. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Would stay here again!

Frühstück und Personal- alles super. Zimmer sind top, Betten sehr bequem. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La situacion del hotel muy buena, sin ruidos y cerca de todo. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación, regular, no nos cambiaron las toallas ninguno de los dias y en la descripcion de la habitacion se indicaba que tenia albornoz pero nada y era superior, pero ni tenia albornoz ni era superior....

Great location and very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was nice and had three coffee machines which made a lovely cup of coffee. The hotel restaurant was very good and there are lots of eating options nearby. Handy to walk to the historic centre or Vatican.

Zona stupenda piena di negozi e ristoranti

Die Zimmer sind exakt wie beschrieben, könnten etwas größer sein, an sonsten aber angenehm. Leider fanden Sanierungsarbeiten statt, kein Pool und kein Parkplatz. Dafür allerdings bot das Hotel eine Entschädigung an. Ebenfalls netter Service, alle Leute sind engagiert und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ottima la reception Ascensore abbastanza pulito Camera grande, ma senza armadi o cassetti Bagno grande, ma Con un mobile che occupa mezza stanza Nessun accessorio, devi chiedere tutto in reception Camera non insonorizzata rispetto ai vicini per cui la Coppia di spagnoli a fianco, mi sembrava di averli a letto con me. La televisione non ha funzionato per due giorni Suonava l’allarme in bagno, mentre io ero a letto Dal rubinetto usciva un filo d’acqua La colazione abbastanza povera, poco personale, neanche un caffè decente Sembra un hotel per trasfertisti Ritornarci?
