Nice setting and environment. We could see the pyramids (far away) and the Nile from the outdoor dining area by the pool. Friendly staff (thanks Alaa!) and good service.

the hotel offered beautiful views. However, there were several drawbacks that impacted my experience. Pros: Location: The hotel’s proximity to the Nile provided a stunning view. Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Cons: Noise Levels: The hotel is situated on a main street, resulting in significant traffic noise that made it difficult to relax. Service Quality: While the service was decent, it didn’t exceed expectations. Gym Facilities: The gym was below average, lacking the equipment and space I anticipated. Room Issues: My room was generally good, but the air conditioning unit was very loud, making it hard to sleep at night. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms available. Pool Experience: On my second morning, while I was trying to relax by the pool, the team was painting the ceilings and walls. The noise and paint smell made it impossible to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere I had hoped for. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, the noise, air conditioning issues, and pool disturbance significantly detracted from my stay. it wasn't worth the price.

The food at restaurant was not so good. Security guards are standing at the entrance and smoking. Room were very nice but hotel didn’t offer us connecting room even though we had 3 kids with us. Not an big issue for us.. location was good but traffic is terrible in cairo so i would recommend even more sentral location if you don’t want to use too much time in taxi

Very Terrible Reception service: Check in time is 15:00, I checked in ahead of my guests to welcome them well. I checked in the morning, the reception adviced that the room is not ready yet, because they will put our rooms close to each other on the same floor. I checked in again after 15:00 - the room was not ready yet, when it's already check in time. I checked in again at 19:00 and they gave us a room from another floor I waited ALL Day to get a good room promised by the reception for the family to stay close to each other = just wasted my time. The staff are very corrupt, they always imply for tips, and they seem to be willing to provide service only if you tip them.

The housekeeping staff are doing a lot of discussions in the corridors at the early morning. The room was not well cleaned.

Such a comfortable place to land while I was in Cairo. Loved the pool with a Nile view. You could even see pyramids in the distance when the air was clear! Maadi is a tourist area and I felt very safe.

I booked two nights here, prior to my tour that was beginning at this hotel the next day, the first night I found someone’s hair in the bed, the air conditioner was broken, lipstick on the bathroom bench, i asked to be moved which they did, once my tour started, i checked out, but they would not allow me to utilise the room i had paid for with my tour, the reception staff were pretty dismissive, wait staff were ok, this hotel is tired & dirty, would not stay here again.
