Location was obviously perfect. Beautiful hotel, but rooms were very small.

I don't usually write reviews on our hotel stays but I liked this Hotel and it's location in Vancouver. It is older, has some wear but it also has great character. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The bed was comfy and we slept well. I liked all the little extra touches; from fruit water and coffee in the lobby to nice bath products in the room. We only tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast and it was good. It is not fancy and priced accordingly which we appreciated. The pool was an extra bonus.

Clean room. Good food at restaurant. I wished room service was actually room service. It’s basically just food takeout from the restaurant downstairs, with a heavy surcharge. I appreciate room service with proper table, cutlery, food on plates, not takeout boxes.

Clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Parking in Vancouver downtown is usually quite compact.

Great staff and rooms, they’ll take great care of you here, definitely will return to this hotel on one of our next visits to Canada.
