Viagem maravilhosa. O Hotel é muito agradável, confortável e bem localizado, com uma vista magnífica para a baía. O staff do Hotel, como um todo, é gentil e atencioso. Fomos muito bem recebidos e os funcionários são muito educados e bem treinados para atender bem os hóspedes. Agradeço muito a todos eles!

Les chambres classiques sont correctes sans plus, et ont une vue très moche Cela est compensé par l'emplacement, superbe vue du restaurant, du petit dej et du bar et l'acces spa (correct)

Hôtel bien situé mais vétuste

We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay.

Great service and so clean. They surprise us all the time.

This hotel has a lovely view of the old port as it is located down one of the sides. This location also means that it's quieter at night. The staff were very professional and courteous. The room was a good size; I enjoyed the balcony.

Excellent hotel

Excellent, walking distance of restaurants and Old Port

The reason I didn't rate it high in cleanliness, The pool and the spa definitely need work. There were tiles missing in the spa. I don't think all of the Jets were working. It definitely doesn't look like the spot on the web page. And the outdoor pool had slime all around the water line. I didn't go in because it didn't look like they clean it on a regular basis. In my room the skirt to the bed had spots on it, but the actual bed and sheets were perfectly clean. The bathroom seemed very clean and the towels were amazing!! I was unaware of a deposit required for each night even though I had paid for my room in full. So that was a bit of a surprise and I'm still waiting for the refund on that. The breakfasts were delicious. And the portions for room service are huge!! The food was really good. I had a view of the port with my own terrace. The terrace had two lounge chairs and room for a breakfast table and chairs. That was a nice plus! Overall, it was a really fantastic experience. There was a gentleman that helped me with dinner reservations. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but he was very helpful and kind and his reservation recommendation was spot on. Thank you

I think this hotel is not good for high class visitors but it was acceptable level for general people.

Excellent service at the rooftop bar from Breno. Thank you very much for making us feel welcome and your cocktail recommendations. We had delicious breakfasts each morning, and Nour was very friendly and attentive. We cannot wait to come back

Great location, 5 star hotel, super service

Estupenda ubicacion, todo el puerto viejo está a distancias caminables El personal sumamente amable, en especial Violaine Manzon (Director Comercial) y nuestro concierge !!

The beds are amazing but the “upgrade” they sold us was to a very noisy side of the hotel. We didn’t sleep - it was loud until 5am

Great view of the old port and walkable to restaurants and shops

Not really a 5 star hotel. The main restaurant was fully booked the first night we were there and closed the next two nights. The bar menu was good, but not available on one night. One of our rooms experienced a flood in the shower where the drain was clogged with an incredible amount of hair. Water actually leaked into the next room. No bellman, and lack of expected 5 star service. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable and the location was good.
